Halloween Jam: Mandie n' Cosmo

The last request of and 's 2010 Halloween Jam!

This final one has two Fairly OddParents characters, Mandie and Cosmo, dressed as a sexy witch and vampire, respectively. Credit for the design of Mandie's get-up goes to .

While Cosmo doesn't droll over other women anymore these days (something the fans and Wanda are happy about), I was still asked to have him playfully bite Mandie's hindquarters. These days, his excuse for such would be less loving-other-women-esque and more idiotic, like "I thought this was a real pumpkin!"

Two other insider notes:
1. Cosmo's vampire look was actually seen in the show for a few seconds in the episode, "The Gland Plan." After hearing that I had to make him a vampire, I remembered that brief moment and used it as reference.
2. YES, Cosmo's last name is Fairiewinkle. Back in 2007, a special aired that revealed some secrets about the show. One of them was Wanda's full name: Wanda Venus Fairiewinkle. I'm guessing she went traditional in her marriage and took Cosmo's name. While the special may have made up some secrets and this might seem like one of them, it also said Timmy's middle name was Tiberius, which it was recently right about. It might be safe to say that the names weren't made up.
